BENEFIT NIGHT

The Affiliation & The Celtic Supporters Association are planning to run a benefit night on Friday 01st March 2002 at the Kerrydale Suite, Celtic Park Glasgow. Details with regard to ticket prices etc are still being worked on but details will be posted on both organizations websites as soon as more become available.

WORKING PARTY MEETING

The 1st working party meeting of 2002 took place at Celtic Park on Wednesday 9th January. A few interesting pointers from the meeting came up including video footage from Strathclyde Police on the problems faced whilst trying to exit the coach park after matches. Having watched the video I now know the difficulties and frustrations felt by both supporters and members of the general pubic going about their normal routine is badly affected whilst this operation takes place. The logistics in trying to move almost 60,000 people from Celtic Park are enormous and it’s no wonder that it takes up to an hour to leave the coach park after games. More details on other issues raised can be obtained by logging on to our website at www.affreg-celtic.co.uk
