Our best wishes go to Martin and the Bhoys for tomorrow night’s UEFA Cup tie against Blackburn Rovers. Let’s get right behind the team from the start and for the entire 90 minutes. CARFIN CSC
Hold their annual dinner dance event in The Dalziel Golf & Country Club Carfin on Saturday 9th November 2002 with a 7-15pm kick-off. The club invites any Affiliation club members who may be interested in attending. The cost is set at £20-00 per person. The night will consist of a 4-course dinner, entertainment will be provided by West End a top class dance band with the last hour being Carfin Huddle Time with a vast range of Celtic Tunes. There will be some representation from Celtic F.C. in the form of Director and Player. If you are interested in attending please contact mdinning@yahoo.com for further details.

Are holding a club function at Auchenlarie Holiday Park, Function Suite From 8pm till midnight, the event is on Friday 29th of November 2002. The club have managed to attract an Irish Folk band that is travelling down from Greenock for the evening. Tickets are £5 each and its a ticket only admission, any Celtic fans in the Creetown area who may be interested in attending should get in touch with Eddie McGaw at 07967- 267850 or by e-mail eddieal@btinternet.com

Two events are being held in October for ex Celt Frank McAvennie. On Sunday 13th October 2002 a match is being held at Love Street Paisley, St Mirren Legends v Celtic Legends. The teams will be made up of players from St Mirren’s Scottish Cup winning squad from 1987 and Celtic’s centenary double winning squad from 1988.
