Working Party Meeting

Thanks to JohnPaul Taylor & Alexis Dobbin for hosting last week’s meeting at Celtic Park, among the issues on the agenda was of course the ticket situation for the forthcoming match in Germany against VFB Stuttgart. We will hopefully have a better indication of how things are progressing after the deadline for uplifting tickets has passed

Lisbon Lions Testimonial

Good luck to the Lisbon Lions as the club finally rewards them with a long overdue match against Dutch side Feyenoord.

I’m sure both Jock Stein and Bobby Murdoch will be well remembered by the crowd inside the ground this evening.

PETER SCARFF LINWOOD CSC Bus to Stuttgart UEFA Cup Tie 2nd leg on Tuesday 25th February 2003. The travel itinerary will be roughly along the following lines. Coach leaves Linwood late on Tuesday evening, with pre-arranged pick ups on the main drag south, to catch a decent timed ferry at Dover. Travel route on the continent will take us via Strasbourg for our accommodation stop. This is timed for us to have a relatively shorter journey after breakfast, to allow us a fair amount of time in Stuttgart. After the match, the bus will leave and travel back home, directly, arriving in the Glasgow area approximately late Friday evening. The coach facilities are good with video and tea/ coffee/ pot noodle making facilities with the obligatory toilet. Please remember the match ticket is the individuals own responsibility. Bus price including accommodation is £110. Further details available from iain.reynolds@lineone.net or tel. Iain 01505-327603 or James 01505-341232.
