WEDNESDAY 31ST AUGUST 2005
CONDOLENCES Our sincere condolences go to three people who have recently passed away suddenly in the Greenock area. They were named Patrick Cummings, Joe Judge and Barbara Dinning. Our thoughts and prayers are with all family and friends of the three persons named above. CYBERTIMS CSC NEWLY JOINED SUPPORTERS CLUB The latest branch to follow on from the Tokyo CSC and joining up with the Affiliation are the Cybertims CSC. The Cybertims website was started by David Scott back in March 2003. One of the websites visitors Kenny Bain was cycling to Seville from Dunfermline and we expanded the site with a story about Kenny and Radio Clyde picked up Kenny's story and interviewed him and during the interview he kindly mentioned www.cybertims.com and we got 2000 hits that day. We listened to the emails and the posts on our forums and realised that Celts abroad wanted to feel part of the Celtic family and that giving these Bhoys and ghirls a chance to be part of a proper CSC would be a worthwhile exercise. We approached Celtic with a club charter and were immediately accepted as a supporters club and we now have 120 paid members including members in USA, Australia, Azerbaijan, Nigeria and the Cayman Islands. We also have a core of season book holders and we attend every home and away match. For more information on this branch please contact the secretary Davie by e-mail at cybertim@cybertims.com BROTHER WALFRID COMMITTEE MEETING (RESCHEDULED) Next meeting takes place tonight (Wednesday 31st August 2005)at 6pm, the venue is at Celtic Park.
