STORY OF NEW CLUB IN AFFILIATION MEMBERSHIP
(White Cliffs CSC)
The White Cliffs CSC Folkestone came into existence properly midway through the 2004/05 season. After a
lot of hard work it was a chance meeting of Hoopites at Barcelona airport that proved the catalyst to
getting started. With the help of a few dedicated members forming the committee, and the girls at
Stripes bending over backwards to help us get started. We are now an established part of the East Kent scene
and proud members of the Celtic CSC Family.

We meet for every televised game at Stripes Club, home of Folkestone Invicta. We attract an average of 30
Celtic fans to the club, and at present have over 35 signed up members ranging from a few months old upward! Our aims are to promote all things Celtic and with no barrier on creed colour religion or faith.

We wholly embrace the Celtic Family culture and wish to continue showing this to football fans down here in
our little corner. We have attended our first organised coach trip to the pre-season friendly at
Fulham. We of course wish to travel to Paradise as an organised CSC outing as soon as possible. We have
access to a number of season tickets and huddle memberships and hope to run at least a minibus in the
very near future to Glasgow.
