THE HAY PAISLEY CSC

Are organising a St Patrick’s Race Night on Friday 16th March 2007. The venue for this event is The Ogilvie Club, 18 Broomlands Street, Paisley. On the evening the night will also have Irish Dancers and Disco from 8.00pm till late. Tickets are priced at £5 each and are available from any of the committee of this branch

SPATESTON No1 CSC

This branch has a coach trip to Celtic’s away match to Milan in the last 16 section of the European Champions League in March. The coach will leave on Monday March 5th 2007. Folks wishing to travel must have their own match tickets for this match.

The cost will be £150 per person including one night’s accommodation, the coach will be returning after the match.

This branch celebrates its 60th Anniversary in May of this year; the club was formed in 1947. The club is having a race night in the Heritage, Linwood next month and for further details on this and the organisation for the event in May please contact traceynisbett@hotmail.com

Celtic Football Club are continually inundated with requests for Family Section seats, the Club will be providing a new family section in the Lisbon Lions Upper Tier. To register your interest and receive an application for next season please send your name, address and contact details to stregistration@celticfc.co.uk the club will contact you when they begin the season ticket renewal campaign.

Celtic supporters were thanked publicly by Celtic’s Brian Quinn CBE when last weeks results were released, he stated supporters, as always, are our ultimate strength. I thank them for their dedication and commitment.

CELTIC FC has reminded all supporters that they carry the responsibility for all match tickets uplifted from the Club in their name.

It is very important that supporters are aware of this fact and Celtic have urged fans not to pass on tickets to unknown supporters.

Everyone who takes tickets for home or away matches has their details recorded against their personal file.

In the event of any complaint being made to the Club about the behaviour of another supporter, the individual who was allocated the tickets will be held accountable.

The Affiliation sends their best wishes to Gordon Strachan and the bhoys for the next two major games coming our way. On Saturday we make the journey to Aberdeen in our next SPL game before the Champions League last 16 match against AC Milan at Celtic Park next Tuesday evening. The atmosphere at the Champions League match will once again be electric and the capacity crowd will be very much looking forward to this.

GOODBYES & WELCOME

The Affiliation of Registered CSC’S pass on their best wishes to Shaun Maloney who left Celtic late last Wednesday night with the January transfer deadline just about to close. Shaun has rejoined old Celtic boss Martin O’Neil at Aston Villa in the EPL. We would also like to take this chance to welcome Paul Hartley who joined Celtic from Hearts during the last few hours of the transfer window last Wednesday.
